Riverside spans over two floors. The ground floor is wheelchair accessible, featuring a ramp for guests to easily move from outside to inside the venue. Additionally, there is an accessible toilet on the ground floor.
For individuals with mobility issues who can climb stairs to the balcony, a limited number of bar stools can be arranged on the balcony for their convenience.
