Riverside is one of Newcastle’s most iconic live music venues, located on Newcastle’s historic Quayside in the Grade II Listed building, Neptune House.
The space is now predominantly used for nightlife and the arts. We have a long legacy of hosting a diverse range of world class acts
Past performers include Jimmy Cliff, Public Image Ltd, Courtney Love, Royal Blood, Interpol, The Zombies, The Coral, The Brian Jonestown Massacre, The Fall and many more.
Riverside underwent refurbishment in 2017 and now boasts new lighting and L Acoustics Sound.
In recent years, it has become a celebrated nightspot with two rooms, an unbeatable atmosphere and unique decorative features.
