Riverside closed its doors on January 1st, 2025. 

To all the gig-goers, pint-spillers 
and every single artist who graced our stage. 
Thank you for bringing the love to 
the Quayside time and time again. 

Fortunately, we have recently made significant 
investments to transform Digital nightclub 
into a purpose-built, 
multifunctional venue featuring 
a concert-sized stage 
and a high spec sound system. 

So, rest assured, 
live music will continue to thrive in Newcastle.
Please continue to show your support 
to your local music scene, as grassroots venues 
are facing immense challenges! 
For now, we bid farewell to Riverside.
